How is your data held ?
All of the data held by us is in electronic form and/or paper form where printed copies are necessary. All paper records are held at our secure offices. Electronic data including artwork is held on our internal server which is not accessible via the internet. All data on this server is encrypted for security and is firewall and password protected.
How long is data held ?
Paper documents are held for the regulatory period and then destroyed securely by shredding. Electronic data and artwork files is held as long as necessary to operate your account.
All electronic data no longer required will be deleted from all of our systems.
What are the legal grounds for processing your personal information?
Wombourne Printers Limited are the Data Controller as defined by the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
